Payments - Deposits may be required for custom sewing or embroidery. - Alterations are paid at pickup. - Full payment is due when your item is completed. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. Fittings: Most alterations require fittings.
